Workfall is a new-age Premium Talent Tech Platform, looking for energetic and self-motivated MERN Full Stack Developers to join our innovative & growing Development Team.

Key Responsibilities:
Full Stack Application Development:
- Design, develop, and maintain modern full stack applications that meet functional ,technical, and quality requirements.
- Lead solution design sessions with peers, ensuring architecture is scalable, secure, and fit for purpose.
- Write clean, testable, and well-documented code across both front-end and back-end components.
Technical Leadership and Mentoring:
- Provide guidance and support to junior and mid-level developers through mentoring, code reviews, and pair programming.
- Uphold and promote engineering best practices, contributing to consistent coding standards, reusable components, and maintainable codebases.
- Support technical onboarding of new engineers and actively contribute to internal learning initiatives.
Agile Delivery and Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with Scrum Masters, Product Managers, UX Designers, and QA Engineers as part of cross-functional Agile teams.
- Lead or contribute to Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, retrospectives, and backlog grooming.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure shared understanding of requirements, scope, and delivery goals.
Testing, Quality Assurance, and CI/CD:
- Design and implement unit, integration, and system tests to validate application behaviour and edge cases.
- Contribute to automated testing strategies and CI/CD pipeline design in collaboration with platform engineers.
- Participate in troubleshooting and resolution of complex bugs and production issues.
DevOps and Operational Support:
- Support environment readiness, deployment workflows, and build health across test and production environments.
- Implement telemetry, logging, and performance monitoring to support observability and support handover.
- Identify and resolve technical debt, security vulnerabilities, and reliability risks.
Practice Development and Continuous Improvement:
- Contribute to the company's software engineering standards, reusable assets, and development playbooks.
- Stay current with industry trends, emerging frameworks, and development techniques.
- Identify opportunities to improve delivery velocity, team capability, and engineering maturity.
Qualifications and Experience
Technical Skills:
- Strong proficiency in both front-end and back-end development frameworks, tools, and technologies.
- Advanced understanding of version control, API design, system integration, and CI/CD practices.
- Familiarity with security best practices, performance optimization, and application monitoring.
Experience:
- 5+ years of professional software development experience, with increasing responsibility and scope.
- Proven experience working in Agile teams, contributing to high-quality releases and scalable solutions.
- Track record of mentoring others and supporting development practices across teams.
Soft Skills:
- Effective communicator with strong collaboration and problem-solving skills.
- Proactive mindset with strong leadership skills, able to guide a team, take ownership of outcomes, and drive results collaboratively.
