Qualification: MBA (Finance) / CFA (Mandatory)

Role Objective

To lead and execute the end-to-end Mergers & Acquisitions strategy for the group, including target identification, due diligence, valuation, deal structuring, negotiation, and seamless pre- and post-merger integration to drive inorganic growth and long-term value creation.

Key Responsibilities

M&A Strategy & Execution

• Develop and execute M&A strategy aligned with the groups growth plans.
• Identify acquisition, joint venture, and strategic investment opportunities in India and overseas.
• Conduct financial modeling, valuation (DCF, Comparable, Precedent Transactions), and business case preparation.
• Lead negotiations, term sheets, SPA, SHA, and transaction closure.

Due Diligence

• Lead financial, commercial, operational, tax, legal, and ESG due diligence .
• Coordinate with internal teams and external advisors (Investment Bankers, Big4, Legal firms).
• Identify deal risks, synergies, and mitigation strategies.

Pre & Post Merger Integration (PMI)

• Prepare integration roadmap covering operations, finance, systems, HR, supply chain, and governance.
