What youll do:

This role will involve investigating sellers proactively and on an ad-hoc basis. You will also be working with Commercial, Seller Ops and other Risk team members for solving seller related issues.

You will be taking ownership for investigating cases and coming to a logical conclusion by creating RCAs.

Qualifications Required

• Graduate/post-graduate degree
• E-commerce background with experience in Catalog/Merchant Risk teams preferred
• Experience in ticketing systems good to have
• Be up to date about industry best practices
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Working knowledge of MS Office and Google suite products
• SQL knowledge good to have
