Company Description

We are a growing design-led organization working across B2B and B2C segments in carpets, corporate gifting, and handcrafted handbags. Our work involves close coordination with buyers, artisans, vendors, hotels, and corporate clients, delivering customized, high-quality products with strong commercial execution.

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive professional (34 years experience) who can independently handle product costing, buyer coordination, production follow-ups, and operational execution.


Role Description


1. Product Costing & Commercials
  • Prepare accurate product costing sheets (raw material, labour, overheads, margins).
  • Create and maintain acquisition sheets and internal pricing trackers.
  • Prepare Proforma Invoices (PI), quotations, and commercial documents for buyers.
  • Coordinate with accounts for payment follow-ups and reconciliation.
2. Buyer & Client Management
  • Handle buyer communication, follow-ups, and order confirmations.
  • Prepare presentations, product decks, and proposals for client meetings.
  • Attend buyer meetings, understand requirements, and translate them into actionable production plans.
  • Manage hotel carpet orders and institutional projects end-to-end.
3. Production, Sampling & Material Coordination
  • Coordinate sampling, approvals, and gifting production.
  • Arrange and track raw materials and trims for production.
  • Ensure timelines, quality standards, and dispatch readiness.
  • Act as a bridge between design, vendors, and clients.
4. Vendor & Supplier Coordination
  • Coordinate with vendors, artisans, and suppliers for pricing, timelines, and delivery.
  • Maintain vendor databases and track procurement.
  • Follow up on material availability, production status, and quality compliance.
5. Logistics & Order Fulfilment
  • Handle logistics coordination, dispatches, and documentation.
  • Coordinate with logistics partners for domestic and export shipments (where applicable).
  • Track deliveries and resolve delays or discrepancies.



Qualifications


Experience

  • 34 years of experience in operations, merchandising, costing, or production coordination
  • Prior exposure to gifting, home furnishings, textiles, handicrafts, fashion accessories, or carpets preferred

Skills

  • Strong Excel skills (costing sheets, trackers, MIS)
  • Good communication & follow-up skills
  • Ability to handle multiple stakeholders simultaneously
  • Basic understanding of logistics & documentation
  • Client-facing confidence and problem-solving mindset
