The Role

You will drive assortment planning, stock flow, and in-season trading for EBO stores, ensuring strong availability while maintaining healthy inventory turns.

Full responsibility for EBO assortment, replenishment, and trading performance.

Scope & Responsibilities

Store Clustering

Grade stores by sales potential

Create cluster-wise assortment and depth strategies

Tailor product mix by regional preferences

Buying & Allocation

Plan seasonal buys with correct depth

Allocate launch stock store-wise

Ensure optimal first fill rates

Replenishment & Trading

Monitor daily/weekly sales

Chase best sellers

Plug size gaps

Rebalance stock between stores

Inventory Efficiency

Manage turns and cover

Reduce ageing and slow stock

Lead clearance cycles

Store Performance Management

Review KPIs weekly with store managers

Recommend visual and product adjustments

Support new store openings and refreshes
