Merchandiser & Operations Associate

Location: Bapu Nagar, Jaipur

Role Overview

We are looking for a fashion professional to manage merchandising and production coordination for mnaam, with additional support for inventory reporting for Jaya Collective. The role requires someone organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working across production, client fittings, and basic design support.

Key Responsibilities

For mnaam

Coordinate with multi-designer stores carrying mnaam for orders, deliveries, and stock movement

Manage production coordination with vendors and karigars

Track orders, timelines, and product movement

Assist with client measurements and fittings

Support with basic design work such as sketching outfits for clients or creating simple graphics when needed

For Jaya Collective

Maintain inventory tracking and stock reporting

Requirements

Background in fashion design / fashion management / merchandising

Ability to sketch garments and assist with design when required

Basic graphic design skills for simple visuals, packaging, or sale creatives

Understanding of garment measurements, fittings, and production processes

Strong organizational and coordination skills

24 years experience in fashion merchandising, production, or design preferred
