This role is based on-site in the UAE and will require relocation. ALEMCO will be visiting India to conduct face-to-face interviews in Mumbai, Bangalore, Hyderabad & Pune.

As a Site Superintendent, youll oversee day-to-day site operations, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, and ensure the successful execution of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing works to the highest standards of quality and safety.

Your Role

• Supervise and manage all on-site MEP works to ensure compliance with project specifications, consultant instructions, and local authority regulations.
• Coordinate material submittals, drawings, and documentation while maintaining updated registers for audits and project tracking.
• Enforce HSE and QA/QC requirements through method statements, risk assessments, inspections, and continuous site monitoring.
• Monitor long-lead items, verify material deliveries, and escalate any issues affecting project timelines.
• Manage drawing control, issue revisions, and maintain accurate records of site changes and as-built updates.
• Track labour productivity, site delays, constraints, and submit weekly progress reports to senior management.
• Support testing, commissioning activities, and preparation of close-out documents in line with project requirements.

This role is full-time and follows a Monday to Saturday work week, typical for project-based positions in our industry.

What Were Looking For

• Minimum 7 years of experience in MEP site supervision within the construction or electromechanical industry
• Strong knowledge of MEP systems, installation methods, and industry standards
• Proven leadership ability and experience managing site teams
• Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications
