We are looking for an experienced and dynamic MEP Manager / Head to join our growing team.

The ideal candidate should have experience in the Construction / Real Estate sector / Contracting Firms. And should have strong experience in MEP project execution, costing, budgeting, procurement, and vendor management.

Our focus is on engineering excellence, timely project delivery, and maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety. We are looking for professionals who can lead and strengthen our MEP operations across projects.

Key Responsibilities

Manage planning and execution of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) works at project sites

Prepare project costing, budgeting, and BOQs

Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and internal project teams

Handle procurement of MEP materials and vendor finalization

Monitor project progress, ensuring quality standards and timelines are achieved

Review MEP drawings, technical specifications, and site execution

Requirements

10+ years of experience in construction or MEP contracting firms

Degree/Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering

Strong knowledge of MEP systems, costing, budgeting, and project execution
