MEP Project Engineer

We are strengthening our in-house project team for the renovation and expansion of operating hotels. This role is for a hands-on MEP Project Manager who takes end-to-end ownership, not a coordinator working through consultants.

The MEP Project Manager will be fully accountable for design coordination, execution, testing, and statutory compliance of all MEP systems across phased hotel renovation projects.

• Review, coordinate, and approve HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire & ELV drawings
• Own service routing, ceiling coordination, shafts, and toilet core interfaces
• Ensure MEP execution aligns with interior finishes and civil works
• Manage vendors and contractors through execution, testing, and commissioning
• Lead testing, commissioning, and statutory certifications
• Support site supervisors on MEP-related execution issues
• Proactively identify clashes, risks, and constructability issues before they reach site

• Not a PMC-only or consultant-driven position
• Not limited to drawing review or site visits
• Not a role for someone avoiding accountability

• 1018 years of MEP experience, preferably in hotels or mixed-use projects
• Strong exposure to live hotel renovations and phased execution
• Excellent understanding of serviceability, access, and maintainability
• Ability to take final technical decisions and stand by them
• Comfortable working in a lean, owner-driven environment

This position sits at the core of project delivery. You will work directly with ownership and be trusted with technical authority, not micromanaged.
