Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a MEP Project Engineer based in Mumbai. The MEP Project Engineer will oversee the design, implementation, and management of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (and FLS) systems in the companies' projects and will oversee the MEP Maintenance across Group Properties. Responsibilities include coordinating with project teams, ensuring adherence to design specifications, managing timelines, and resolving technical issues. The role emphasizes quality control, compliance with safety standards, and efficient resource utilization.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems, including Plumbing, Electrical Engineering, and Mechanical Engineering.
• Strong Project Management skills, including planning, coordination, and execution of construction tasks.
• Ability to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards within engineering projects.
• Basic FLS Understanding
• Exceptional problem-solving and technical troubleshooting abilities.
• Bachelors degree in mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience in Hotel or real estate development is a plus.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
