MEP Modeler/Sr. MEP Modeler

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented MEP Modeler / Senior MEP Modeler with 57 years of experience to join our MEP BIM team. The successful candidate will work closely with Line Manager / Discipline Lead to develop high-quality Revit MEP models and contribute to BIM-driven project delivery for UK, European, and Indian projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop detailed MEP Revit models (LOD 200500) including plans, sections, details, schedules, and annotations.
• Set up Revit projects including views, sheets, schedules, filters, work sets, and browser organization.
• Set up a project meeting and handle projects individually.
• Prepare electrical circuiting, wiring layouts, panel/DB schedules, mechanical HVAC layouts, public health (plumbing & above ground drainage) service layouts and zone creation.
• Coordinate with Architecture and Structural, teams to deliver clash-free models.
• Prepare clash detection and coordination using Revit and/or Navisworks (Revizto / BIM Collab Zoom where applicable).
• Ensure models and drawings comply with UK, European, and Indian MEP standards, BIM Execution Plans (BEP), and project standards.
• Work within Common Data Environments (CDEs) such as BIM 360, Bluebeam, ProjectWise, or similar cloud-based platforms.
• Perform QA/QC checks on models and drawings prior to submission.
• Extract BOQs and quantity take-offs directly from BIM models.
• Preparation of shop drawings, builders work drawings as required.
• Developing and maintaining Revit templates, libraries, and parametric families.
• Utilize Dynamo scripts to improve modeling efficiency and automation.
• Provide support with preparing drawings on AutoCAD when required by the team. Utilise opportunity to learn and get involved in system design calculations utilizing proprietary software packages in addition to modelling work.

Qualifications & Experience

• ITI / Diploma / B.E. / B. Tech in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
• 57 years of hands-on experience in MEP BIM modeling and documentation (final designation based on experience).
• Autodesk Certified Professional (Revit) or equivalent BIM certification (preferred).
• Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit MEP (mandatory).
• Proficient in AutoCAD.
• Experience with UK, USA and/or European MEP projects along with co-ordination and time management skills will be an added advantage.
• Strong communication (speaking and writing) in English.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and adapt to changing project requirements.
• Candidates with Bentley Microstation experience are also welcome.
