MEP (Mech) Coordinator for Iconic Residential Project

Job Responsiblities

1. Understand the whole concept of MEP design/installations and handle the project independently.
2. Able to handle multiple projects while serving as prime company liaison. Above average verbal, written, presentation, problem solving and analytical abilities. Able to lead team of Engineers / Supervisors to complete the project on schedule without compromising the Quality & safety set by company.
3. Reading a layout drawings and Auto Cad drawings. Verifying and approval of the business process document and sending the same to the head office. Making the bills for supply & installation of material as per execution. Making of project Payment abstract. HVAC Exposure is preferred

Minimum 8 yrs experience is required
