We Are Hiring: MEP Design Engineer (Leading Real Estate Brand)

Are you a seasoned engineer with a talent for optimizing complex building systems? We are looking for an MEP Design Engineer to join a premier Real Estate Brand in Mumbai.

In this role, you will lead the technical design process from pre-concept calculations to final execution, ensuring cost efficiency and regulatory excellence.

The Impact Youll Make:

• Strategic Design: Manage pre-concept calculations and drawings for CC and MOEF submissions.
• Technical Oversight: Review consultant Design Basis Reports (DBR) and detailed calculations.
• In-House Expertise: Handle internal design for STPs, swimming pools, and lightning protection systems.
• Regulatory Coordination: Lead MEP space planning for CFO requirements and manage data for Municipal submissions.
• Value Engineering: Drive cost optimization through strategic equipment selection from L0 to L2 stages.
• Project Administration: Manage RFPs, negotiate rates with consultants, and oversee GFC certifications.

What We Are Looking For:

• Education: Graduation in Engineering with a specialization in Electrical or Mechanical Engg.
• Experience: 810 years of relevant MEP design experience.
• Compliance Knowledge: Proven ability to implement SOPs for CP sanitary, DBR summaries, and CFO standards.
• Workflow Management: Experience managing GFC transmittals through drafting teams.
