MEP Design Lead

We are seeking an experienced MEP Design Leader to head our Bengaluru team, overseeing MEP and Firefighting design across multiple projects. The role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and coordination with international teams to ensure high-quality, compliant, and sustainable designs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the Bengaluru MEP design team (MEP & Firefighting).
• Ensure timely delivery and high-quality MEP design packages.
• Oversee design development from concept to IFC stage across multiple projects.
• Ensure compliance with relevant authority codes and approvals.
• Coordinate with international teams, clients, and internal stakeholders.
• Drive QA/QC, sustainability, and energy-efficient design practices.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Masters degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• 25+ years of overall experience, with 10+ years in MEP design.
• 58 years in leadership or managerial roles.
• Strong knowledge of MEP systems, VRV systems, chillers, and district cooling.
• Experience with authority approvals and codes relevant to large-scale projects.
• Previous UAE project experience preferred.
