With a focus on excellence and sustainability, we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated MEP BIM Operator to join our team. Our offices are based in Pune, India, providing a collaborative and vibrant work environment.

Responsibilities:

• Develop detailed 3D models of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems using BIM software (e.g., Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD MEP).
• Coordinate MEP systems with architectural and structural elements to ensure clash-free designs and optimal space utilization.
• Conduct clash detection analyses and resolve conflicts between MEP systems and other building components.
• Generate construction drawings, shop drawings, and other documentation from BIM models to support project implementation.
• Collaborate closely with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to integrate MEP systems seamlessly into building designs.
• Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and quality of MEP models and associated documentation throughout the design and construction phases.
• Adhere to industry standards, codes, and best practices in MEP design and modeling.
• Stay updated on industry trends, software advancements, and best practices in BIM.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering/Electrical Engineering, or related field.
• Proficiency in BIM software such as Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, Revizto or similar tools.
• Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems and their integration into building designs.
• Experience in MEP drafting, or modeling within the construction industry.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of building codes, standards, and regulations related to MEP systems.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
