This is a full-time on-site role located in Noida for an MEP BIM Modeler. The MEP BIM Modeler will be responsible for creating, managing, and updating Building Information Models (BIM) for various architecture and MEP projects. Day-to-day tasks will include the development of accurate construction drawings, working on detailed MEP designs, collaborating with architects and engineers, and ensuring compliance with project specifications, technical standards, and best practices. The role requires strong collaboration with project teams to deliver high-quality, reliable outputs that drive project efficiency.

• Experience and proficiency with Building Information Modeling (BIM)
• Knowledge of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems and processes, along with Construction Drawings
• Familiarity with architectural design concepts and workflows
• Strong technical and analytical skills, with attention to detail
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Bachelors degree in mechanical, civil, or architectural engineering or an equivalent field is highly preferred
• Prior experience working with MEP BIM and construction documentation is advantageous
