Through our Inner Circle, Reset programs, and expert-led sessions, we are creating a space where women can:

• Build strength (physically and mentally)
• Develop self-awareness
• Feel seen, heard, and supported

Our community is not driven by trends or quick fixes.

It is built on real conversations, consistent habits, and long-term transformation.

We are now actively strengthening our Mental Wellness pillar (Mindful Living) a space designed to help women reflect, express, and build emotional resilience through structured prompts, journaling, and safe conversations.

This is where you come in.

What This Role Really Is

This is not a typical internship.

Your role is to drive reflection, participation, and behavior change within the Mindful Living community.

You are not here to just manage conversations.

You are here to help women pause, think, express, and act.

What Youll Be Responsible For

1. Community Facilitation (Across All Chapters)

• Lead the Mindful Living groups across Inner Circle chapters
• Drive safe, meaningful, and engaging conversations
• Ensure members feel heard, comfortable, and not judged
• Respond to member messages with empathy, clarity, and emotional awareness (not advice overload)

2. Weekly Prompt & Engagement Design

Every week, you will structure engagement through:

• Minimum 3 prompts per week:
• 1 Light reflection (easy to answer)
• 1 Deep reflection (emotional awareness)
• 1 Action-based nudge (behavior shift)
• 1 deeper discussion thread to encourage sharing

The goal is to move members from:

Reading Reflecting Responding Repeating

3. Behavioral Change (Core Focus)

• Help members build consistency in:
• Journaling
• Self-reflection
• Emotional awareness
• Design:
• Weekly nudges
• Small habit loops
• Participation triggers

This is a behavior change role, not just a communication role.

4. Mental Health Journal Development

• Contribute to improving the RenewU Mental Wellness Journal
• Help refine:
• Question framing
• Emotional depth
• Accessibility
• Support the long-term goal of making journaling a natural habit for members

5. Insight-Led Content Support (Internal)

• Identify real member struggles and patterns
• Create simple, relatable content for the community such as:
• Reflection posts
• Short insights
• Prompt-based learning

No generic content. Only whats real and relevant.

6. Community Insights & Feedback Loop

• Observe and report:
• What members are struggling with
• What prompts work / dont work
• Engagement patterns
• Share insights to improve:
• Journals
• Prompts
• Overall experience

Important Boundaries

• No therapy or diagnosis within the group
• No prescribing solutions
• No clinical interventions

Your role is to:

• Hold space
• Guide reflection
• Encourage awareness

Time Commitment

• Approximately 2 hours per day (68 hours per week)
• Consistent presence is important for this role

Who Were Looking For

Must Have:

• Background in Psychology (Bachelors / Masters / pursuing)
• Strong written communication
• Ability to simplify emotional concepts

Good to Have:

• Experience in community engagement
• Experience in mental health discussions
• Content creation experience

Personality Traits:

• Empathetic, but grounded
• Observant and intuitive
• Structured thinker
• Comfortable handling sensitive conversations
• Able to communicate in a simple, human (non-clinical) way

How Success Looks in This Role

• Members actively respond to prompts
• Conversations feel safe, thoughtful, and engaging
• Participation becomes consistent (not forced)
• Members start reflecting and sharing more openly over time

Compensation & Work Setup

• This is a paid internship
• Monthly stipend in the range of 6,000 7,500, based on fit and experience
• Work Mode:
• Hybrid (for candidates based in Goa)
• Remote (for candidates outside Goa)
