Role Overview

We are seeking a talented and detail-driven Menswear Designer to join Minizmos design team. The ideal candidate will bring a strong aesthetic sensibility and a commercial mindset, translating global trends into sophisticated, wearable collections aligned with Minizmos brand positioning, quality standards, and customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop seasonal and core menswear collections across formal, casual, and occasion wear
• Research global trends, fabrics, and silhouettes to create refined, market-relevant designs
• Create design concepts, sketches, and detailed technical packs for production
• Curate fabrics, trims, colors, and finishes that reflect Minizmos premium standards
• Collaborate closely with sampling and production teams to ensure impeccable execution
• Review samples, oversee fittings, and refine garments to achieve superior fit and finish
• Partner with merchandising and retail teams to ensure collections are both aspirational and commercially successful
• Maintain consistency with Minizmos brand identity, price architecture, and quality benchmarks
• Support timely and seamless collection launches

Candidate Profile

• Degree/Diploma in Fashion Design or a related discipline
• Proven experience in formal menswear design is required
• Experience in made-to-measure or custom tailoring is strongly preferred
• Strong knowledge of tailoring, fabrics, pattern making, and garment construction
• A refined eye for detail, proportion, and craftsmanship
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or similar design tools
• Excellent communication, coordination, and time-management skills
