This is a full-time on-site role for the position of Mendix UI/UX Developer, located in Chennai. The primary responsibilities include designing and implementing user-centric designs on the Mendix platform, creating visually appealing user interfaces, and developing user experiences that enhance functionality and usability. The developer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create high-quality applications and ensure design consistency across projects. Additionally, the candidate will provide support and participate in testing efforts to deliver robust and scalable applications that meet client requirements.

• Expertise in UI/UX design principles, workflow designs, wireframes, and prototyping
• Strong experience with Mendix development and application design on the Mendix platform
• Proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and related frameworks
• Ability to translate business requirements into functional solutions and user experiences
• Proven experience in troubleshooting, testing, and quality assurance processes
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
• Good understanding of Agile methodologies and related practices
• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Design, or a related field
