Your Role

As a Mendix Tech Lead, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and deploying complex, high-performance applications using the Mendix platform. You will guide a team of Mendix developers, ensuring adherence to best practices and quality standards. Industry knowledge in Energies, Oil & Gas is an added advantage.

In this role, you will:

• Lead the design and implementation of Mendix web and mobile applications.
• Collaborate with business analysts and cross-functional teams to understand requirements.
• Implement SSO and RBAC using Azure Active Directory (Entra ID).
• Maintain quality and consistency of applications through best practices.
• Set up and manage CI/CD pipelines for Mendix applications, automating builds and deployments.
• Test, troubleshoot, and optimize applications for performance and scalability.
• Monitor application health (speed, memory, CPU, disk usage) and ensure high performance.
• Document architecture, design decisions, and configurations.
• Provide solutions that enhance business value and improve application features.
• Mentor and manage team members, fostering collaboration and growth.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement.

Your Profile

• 912 years of experience in IT with 5+ years in Mendix development.
• Mendix Advanced Developer Certification (required); Mendix Expert Certification (preferred).
• Proficiency in Mendix Studio Pro and Mendix Studio.
• Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern UI frameworks.
• Experience with REST, SOAP, XML integrations.
• Familiarity with MSSQL or PostgreSQL databases.
• Hands-on experience deploying applications on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure).
• Knowledge of CI/CD practices for Mendix applications.
• Understanding of industrial operations and energy sector applications is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or in teams.
