SRAM Characterization Engineer Role and Responsibilities: Responsible for Creating critical path netlist and running characterization of SRAM Responsible for generating lib/avm/dat views Responsible for performing quality checks on lib/avm/dat views Skill Requirements: Basic Understanding of SRAM Architecture and Functionalilty. Good Understanding of SRAM Liberty, AVM, Dat views. Should be able to understand timing, power and leakage measurements in SRAM. Should be well versed in Finesim / Primesim simulations. Good Scripting skills (Perl/Pythod/shell). Characterization of SRAM design for timing/power/leakage. Good to have: Good Scripting skills (Perl/Pythod/shell). Data analysis for Characterization DB. Experience: 2 to 5 years of professional experience in SRAM/ROM Characterization. Qualifications: B.Tech/B.E/M.Tech/M.E
