Role Description

This is a part-time remote role for an Advisory Board Member with investment responsibilities at VINC-Global. As an Advisory Board Member, you will contribute to strategic decision-making, provide financial and marketing insights, invest with us in Equity and support the growth and development of the organization. Responsibilities include offering guidance on fundraising initiatives, conducting research to identify growth opportunities, analyzing financial strategies, and assisting in marketing and outreach efforts to strengthen the company's impact.

Qualifications

• Strong financial acumen and expertise in Finance
• Open for buying equity shares
• Excellent Analytical and Research skills
• Experience in Fundraising and Marketing
• Proven ability to provide strategic advice and collaborate with leadership
• Background in education, technology, or similar industries is an advantage
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for remote collaboration
• Prior experience on an advisory board or in strategic consulting is a plus
