Job Description

Role: SAP BASIS Consultant

Required Technical Skill Set: SAP BASIS, SSO.

Experience: 5 to 10 years

Location: Mumbai

Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency)

Must-Have**

• SAP Basis
• SAP Migration to cloud for both HANA and Oracle based system
• SAP installation/upgrade Experience

Good-to-Have

• English and French proficiency
• Experience with agile development
• SAP Security and Authorizations
• Solution Manager

Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role

• Monitor SAP systems (work processes, users, system logs, short dumps, locks, developer traces, system traces, disk space, etc.). SAP Performance management.
• Hands-on experience with SAP on Oracle/HANA . Perform system administration task.
• Hands-on experience with SAP on Linux with HA concepts
• Perform SAP software installation, upgrades, applying support packages, system copies/refreshes and installation add-on software components
• Maintain the multiple SAP instances that comprise the SAP environment (development, test, training and production)
• Responding to and resolving user ticket. Experience in managing SLA.
• Manage interfaces and 3rd connectivity to SAP
• Solution manager configuration & Maintenance
• End-to-end SAP migration projects to cloud platforms
• Knowledge of SAP sizing, high availability, and DR configurations in cloud environments.
• Strong understanding of networking, IAM, and security best practices for cloud-hosted SAP.
• Manage SAP HANA and oracle database migrations.

Minimum Qualification:

15 years of full-time education.
