Shift: Should be comfortable with Night Shift & 24x7 Rotational Support. Work from Office only

• Step 4: Select "BPO" in areas of interest and complete the registration. (Fill the details)
• Step 5: Once completed, your TCS no. will be generated which starts from EP2025XXXX.
• Step 6: You will receive the EP number on your personal e-mail ID.

Eligibility:

• Minimum 15 years of regular, full-time education (10 + 2 + 3)
• Should be flexible with night shifts & rotation shifts

Must Have Technical/Functional Skills

Strong interpersonal and communication skills for employee support.

Proficiency in MS Excel for data management and reporting.

Understanding of end-to-end HR service delivery models.

Support HR operations projects

Good to have skills :

• HR operations or benefits administration
• Aware of compliance with labor laws, company policies, and audit requirements.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Administer and maintain employee benefits programs such as health insurance, retirement plans, leave management, and wellness initiatives.

Handle employee queries related to benefits, policy interpretation, and eligibility.

Maintain employee records in HR systems and ensure data accuracy
