Job Summary:

Role : Procure To Pay

Experience: 1 year to 5 years

Job Location: Mumbai

 
Eligibility:

Minimum 15 years of regular, full-time education (10 + 2 + 3)
Should be flexible with night shifts & rotation shifts
Carry 2 photocopies of Aadhar/PAN
Candidates to have registered EPs
It is mandatory to submit a valid copy of TCS application form during the drive
Good exposure to Accounts Payable activities
Should have worked in any of the ERP applications / platforms (Oracle / SAP / Hyperion, etc.)
Exposure into MS office
Good communication skills (Oral & written)
 

Responsibilities:

Work on received mails and route invoices for validation.
Ensure coding and entering of invoices after the necessary approvals have been acquired.
Validate invoices for payment and print out checks.
Gather checks and invoices together for endorsement.
Render assistance with the use of phone setups and utilities for periodic sales
Help with processing operations for reimbursement.
Ensure coding of items such as expenditure reports, invoices, vouchers, and check requests
Ensure accuracy of codes, while complying with set procedures to guarantee appropriate entry into the monetary system.
Examine and solve issues relating to purchase orders and processing of invoices
