•1 – 4 years of relevant experience, preferably with a Discovery CRO / Medicinal chemistry
•Knowledge of name reactions, range of laboratory unit operations & purification techniques
•Knowledge of safety practices in laboratory operations
•Exposure to ChemDraw and other databases
•Good communication and interpersonal skills
