Medical Superintendent

Key Responsibilities :

Oversee overall hospital operations and ensure smooth functioning of all departments.

Implement and monitor hospital policies, clinical protocols, and quality standards.

Ensure compliance with statutory, accreditation, and regulatory requirements.

Coordinate with clinical departments to maintain high-quality patient care.

Supervise medical staff performance and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Handle medico-legal matters and patient grievance management.

Work closely with management on strategic planning and hospital development.

Ensure infection control, patient safety, and quality assurance practices.

Eligibility:

MBBS with MD/MHA/MBA in Hospital Administration (preferred).

Strong leadership and hospital management experience.

Excellent communication and team management skills.
