Job Description
TCS is hiring for Medical Reviewer!!!
Location Mumbai/Pune
Qualification : MBBS/ MD
Experience : 12 years in Clinical or Pharmacovigilance (ICSR medical review). Exposure to Drug Development, Patient Safety.
Job Responsibilities
- Provide medical expertise and judgment during case-handling, including medical review of individual cases.
- Ensure compliance with global and local procedural documents and implement client and organizational policies.
- Perform medical coding of case data (AE and Drug terms) using MedDRA and WHO-DD.
- Assess medical plausibility, consistency, and completeness of SADR case reports.
- Request follow-up information and initiate product/event-related questionnaires when necessary.
