- Establish and maintain strong business relationships with current and prospective customers within the assigned territory/market segment to generate new business.
- Conduct in-person visits and deliver impactful presentations to both existing and potential customers.
- Research and develop new customer prospects by identifying and qualifying potential opportunities.
- Expedite the resolution of customer issues, problems, and complaints to ensure satisfaction.
- Coordinate closely with marketing, sales management, accounting, logistics, and technical service teams to align efforts.
- Analyze territory/market potential and evaluate the value of existing and prospective customers.
- Develop and manage a Customer Value Plan for key accounts, highlighting customer profiles, opportunities, and potential business share.
- Identify and communicate competitive advantages of the organizations products and services.
- Plan and organize personal sales strategies to maximize Return on Time Investment (ROTI).
- Actively participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and conventions to promote company offerings.
