Doctor Relationship Manager (Clinical Partnerships)


Location: Delhi

Experience: 25 years

Salary: 50,000 80,000 per month

Reports to: Founder / Partnerships Lead


Role Overview



We are looking for a Doctor Relationship Manager who will build and manage relationships with gynecologists, fertility specialists, and partner clinics.


The role involves doctor onboarding, partnership management, and clinical coordination to help expand our network of medical partners and ensure smooth collaboration.



Candidates who have previously worked with hospitals, healthcare startups, pharmaceutical companies, or medical device companies will be preferred.




Key Responsibilities



1. Doctor Relationship Management

Build strong relationships with gynecologists, fertility specialists, and clinics

Maintain regular communication with partner doctors

Address doctor queries and ensure smooth collaboration



2. Doctor Onboarding

Identify and onboard new doctors and clinics

Conduct product and clinical briefings

Ensure proper understanding of the treatment protocol



3. Partnership Development

Expand the doctor and clinic network

Build long-term partnerships with hospitals and fertility centers

Coordinate with clinic teams for smooth operations



4. Clinical Coordination

Coordinate with doctors regarding patient cases and treatment processes

Support clinics with training and educational material

Ensure proper communication between doctors and internal teams



5. Field Engagement

Visit clinics and hospitals for relationship management

Conduct doctor meetings and small group discussions

Support medical events and workshops

Number of active partner doctors

Doctor engagement and retention

Clinic onboarding growth

Revenue generated through doctor network

Doctor satisfaction and feedback




Requirements

25 years experience in healthcare partnerships, hospital relations, pharma sales, or medical device companies

Experience working with doctors, hospitals, or clinics

Strong relationship-building and communication skills

Willingness to travel locally for doctor meetings and clinic visits

Comfortable working in a fast-growing healthcare startup
