Medical Sales Representative

Job Summary:

The Medical Representative will be responsible for promoting Bioart nutraceutical and skincare products to dermatologists, clinics, wellness centers, and healthcare professionals. This role includes product detailing, sampling, feedback collection, and building long-term professional relationships to drive brand adoption and sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote Bioart's products to dermatologists, aesthetic doctors, wellness practitioners, and clinical professionals.
• Conduct regular field visits to clinics, hospitals, and wellness centers to educate and detail product benefits.
• Distribute product samples, marketing materials, and gather usage feedback.
• Organize product demonstrations, CME sessions, and practitioner training programs.
• Maintain an updated database of HCPs and ensure timely follow-ups.
• Achieve monthly visit targets, prescription goals, and feedback collection benchmarks.
• Report field activities, competitor insights, and practitioner feedback to the team.

Key Skills Required:

• Excellent communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.
• Strong product knowledge, especially in nutraceuticals, wellness, or dermatology.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and field-ready attitude.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and reporting practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or related field.

Experience:

• 13 years in pharmaceutical or nutraceutical field sales preferred.
