This ensures better pricing, complete transparency, and faster service.

We are looking for a highly motivated and tech-savvy Medical Sales Representative to join our team and drive growth in our Dermatology portfolio.

What You Will Do
  • Drive Direct Sales: Promote our specialized dermatology product line directly to Dermatologists, Cosmetologists, and specialized skin clinics.
  • Champion the Model: Educate doctors and clinic managers on the benefits of our direct-to-provider/disintermediation model (e.g., ease of ordering, cost benefits, authenticity).
  • Achieve Targets: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas within the assigned territory.
  • Onboarding & Support: Assist clinics with onboarding onto our direct-ordering platform/app and ensure a smooth supply chain experience.
  • Build Relationships: Maintain strong, long-term relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) in the derma space.
  • Market Feedback: Gather intelligence on competitor activity and market trends to help refine our direct-supply strategies.

  • Who We Are Looking For
    • Experience: 2 to 3 years of proven sales experience specifically in the Dermatology segment (mandatory).
    • Education: Bachelors degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharm), Science (B.Sc.), or a related business field.
    • Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
    • Adaptability: Tech-savvy and comfortable explaining digital or direct-ordering processes to healthcare professionals.
    • Drive: Self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, disruptive business environment.
