Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Image Processing Lead with strong expertise in C++, Computer Vision, and Medical Imaging. The ideal candidate will lead a team of engineers to design, develop, and optimize advanced image processing algorithms for healthcare and diagnostic applications.

Required Skills & Qualifications

8+ years of experience in image processing and computer vision development.

Strong proficiency in C++ (including modern standards like C++11/14/17).

Hands-on experience with medical imaging modalities (CT, MRI, Ultrasound) and related processing techniques.

Solid understanding of image segmentation, registration, and enhancement algorithms.

Familiarity with libraries and frameworks such as OpenCV, ITK, VTK, CUDA/OpenCL.

Knowledge of medical imaging standards (DICOM, PACS) and regulatory compliance.

Experience in performance optimization for large-scale image data.

Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Exposure to AI/Deep Learning techniques for medical image analysis (TensorFlow, PyTorch).

Experience in multi-threaded programming and GPU acceleration.

Background in healthcare domain and understanding of clinical workflows.

Education

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Biomedical Engineering, or related field
