MM Hospital is looking for a dynamic International Medical Tourism Executive to support and guide our overseas patients throughout their healthcare journey.

What Youll Do

Cater to international clients from foreign countries and ensure a smooth, comfortable experience

Respond to patient inquiries and share treatment details

Coordinate travel, accommodation, airport pickups, and other services

Assist with appointments, admissions, and discharge processes

Communicate professionally via email, phone, and WhatsApp

Work closely with doctors, departments, and international partners

Maintain patient records and ensure timely follow-ups

What Were Looking For

Excellent English communication skills (extra languages are a bonus!)

Strong customer service and coordination abilities

Basic computer knowledge (email, MS Office, etc.)

Experience in medical tourism, healthcare, or hospitality preferred

Friendly, positive attitude with a willingness to learn
