Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Medical Doctor, based in Bengaluru with some flexibility for remote work. Responsibilities include conducting remote medical evaluations and consultations, providing diagnostic report feedback, validating prescriptions, and supporting telemedicine initiatives. The Medical Doctor will actively engage with patients, healthcare providers, and other stakeholders to ensure accurate assessments, effective treatment plans, and adherence to medical compliance standards.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in medical evaluation, diagnosis, and patient consultation
• Proficiency in assessing and validating medical documents such as prescription and diagnostic reports
• Experience with patient adherence strategies and engagement in healthcare settings
• Familiarity with telemedicine platforms and remote patient care policies
• Excellent communication skills (proficient in English and Hindi) and ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
• Attention to detail, decision-making ability, and strong ethical conduct

Requirements

• Prefer only M.B.B.S. degree with appropriate licensing to practice medicine in Karnataka (DO NOT WANT advanced degree)
• Experience: 0-2 years
• Location: Bangalore Only, only those open to Bangalore need apply
• Hybrid Work: Report to Office, Occasional WFH
• Work Timings: 6 days a week, Timing depends on demand, timings will be fixed in discussion with management
