Location: Green Park, Delhi (On-site)

Role Type: Full-Time, 10am6pm, 6 days a week

Experience: 15 years in medical counselling, clinical practice, or health advisory roles

We combine medical expertise, structured nutrition, strength training and precision monitoring to deliver long-term remission ethically, transparently, and with empathy.

As we expand across Delhi NCR, were looking for a compassionate and scientifically grounded Medical Counsellor who can guide patients, explain medical concepts clearly, and support them through their reversal journey.

What will you do.

1. Patient Counselling
2. Explain medical conditions, program protocols, lifestyle modifications, and expected outcomes with clarity and empathy.
3. Lead Handling & Consultation
4. Speak to incoming leads, understand their symptoms and goals, and guide them toward the right medical program.
5. Assessment Support
6. Assist doctors by capturing relevant medical history, symptoms, lab markers, and risk factors before consultations.
7. CRM & Follow-Up Discipline
8. Record accurate medical notes, track patient progress, and follow up as per protocol.
9. Client Experience
10. Ensure every patient interaction reflects trust, credibility, medical integrity, and warmth.

Mandatory Requirements (Must-Haves)

Candidates must have ONE of the following backgrounds:

• MBBS OR
• Certified Nutritionist / Dietitian (with recognised certification), OR
• B.Sc / M.Sc in Nutrition, Food Science, or relevant medical sciences , OR
• Any certified medical background (nursing, physiotherapy, clinical research, medical counsellor training, etc.)

Additional must-haves:

• Excellent communication in English + Hindi
• Ability to counsel patients with empathy and clarity
• Comfort with medical terminology and lifestyle medicine
• Strong discipline with documentation and follow-ups

Good-to-Have

• Experience in metabolic health, diabetes care, or lifestyle medicine
• Prior counselling experience in clinics, hospitals, wellness centres, or digital health
• Familiarity with CRM tools (Zoho, Salesforce, HubSpot)
