Role Overview

Luxora is seeking Medical Consulting Interns (MBBS) to join our international healthcare consulting and operations team. This role provides structured exposure to global healthcare systems, international patient management, and hospital coordination across multiple countries.

This is a desk-based, non-clinical internship designed for high-caliber medical graduates who wish to explore corporate healthcare, global medical tourism, and international healthcare consulting, while applying their medical knowledge in a global context.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand and assess international patient medical requirements and treatment pathways
• Support patient case evaluation by aligning medical needs with suitable hospitals and specialists
• Coordinate with internationally accredited hospitals to obtain treatment plans, cost estimates, and timelines
• Communicate with international patients in a professional, empathetic, and consultative manner
• Assist senior healthcare consultants in managing end-to-end patient journeys
• Ensure accurate documentation and continuity of patient cases
• Address patient queries with clinical clarity while maintaining non-clinical boundaries
• Contribute to improving patient experience and internal healthcare workflows

Eligibility & Requirements

• MBBS degree (mandatory)
• Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written)
• Strong interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence
• Immediate joiner preferred
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, responsibility-driven environment
• Based in Pune or willing to relocate (preferred)
• Comfortable working day or night shifts

Internship Details

• Stipend: INR 20,000 per month
• Duration: 3 months
• Shifts: Day / Night
• Cab facility: Provided for night shifts
• Exam leaves: Allowed
• PPO Opportunity: Performance-based
• PPO Compensation: Competitive
