Medical Biller

Job Title: Senior Medical Biller (Credentialing | Coding | Billing)

Location: Onsite Noida, Sector 62

Zennsoft, Inc. is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Medical Biller to manage end-to-end medical billing operations, including insurance claims processing, provider credentialing, and medical coding. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in public and private payer billing, with a strong understanding of U.S. healthcare regulations and revenue cycle workflows across multiple specialties.

• Submit, track, and manage claims for Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial insurance payers
• Perform provider credentialing and re-credentialing with insurance networks
• Execute accurate medical coding using CPT, ICD-10, HCPCS, and applicable modifiers
• Oversee end-to-end Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) processes
• Conduct Accounts Receivable (AR) follow-ups and denial management
• Manage payment posting and account reconciliation
• Perform insurance eligibility verification and payer follow-ups
• Ensure compliance with CMS regulations and payer-specific guidelines
• Collaborate with providers and practice staff to enhance billing accuracy and optimize reimbursements

• 3 - 5 years of experience in medical billing, credentialing, and coding
• Strong knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial insurance billing processes
• Specialty experience in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, and Practice Management
• Comprehensive understanding of RCM workflows
• Hands-on experience with EMR/EHR systems and medical billing software
• Ability to manage multiple processes independently and meet deadlines
• Strong communication, analytical, and documentation skills

• Industry certifications such as CPC, CPB, CCS, or CCA
• Experience working with Practice Management Systems
• Exposure to healthcare segments including CPM, CPO, and healthcare operations
• Working knowledge of U.S. healthcare regulations and payer policies
