Position Overview:

RevXRCM Services LLP is seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Medical Biller to join our team. The ideal candidate must have strong expertise in CMS 1500 forms, insurance billing processes, online claim submission, and HIPAA compliance. You will be responsible for accurate posting of payments, managing account activities, and ensuring timely follow-up on unpaid claims.

Key Responsibilities:

• Demonstrate strong knowledge of CMS 1500 forms and ensure accurate claim completion for insurance billing
• Post and manage account payments, ensuring accuracy and timely processing
• Review medical bills for correctness and completeness; obtain missing information when required
• Follow up on unpaid claims within standard billing timelines and resolve outstanding issues efficiently
• Ensure all insurance payments are accurate and aligned with contract terms
• Possess a comprehensive understanding of the medical billing cycle, insurance regulations, and organizational policies

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree is mandatory
• Minimum 1 year of experience using medical billing software and online claim submission platforms
• Proven expertise in medical billing with an in-depth understanding of CMS 1500 forms
• Strong knowledge of insurance claim submission processes and follow-up procedures
• Thorough understanding of HIPAA regulations with a commitment to confidentiality
• Certification in Medical Billing & Coding (CPC / CBCS) is an added advantage
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
