Hiring For: Media Planning Manager (Offline & Integrated Planning)
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Media Planning professional with strong experience in offline planning and exposure to integrated media solutions. The ideal candidate will be client-facing, data-driven, and capable of managing end-to-end media planning and execution.
Experience Requirement
- Minimum 2+ years of relevant experience
Key Expectations:
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in Offline Media Planning
- Ability to manage client expectations with strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong data handling and analytical capabilities to derive actionable insights
- Clear understanding of competitive and market analysis
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Exposure to Digital and Integrated Media Planning
Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop and manage Integrated Media Plans across offline and digital platforms
- Execute end-to-end media planning and implementation
- Conduct competition and market analysis to support strategic recommendations
- Collaborate with internal teams and clients to ensure smooth execution of media plans
- Leverage data and research tools to generate insights and optimize media performance
Tools and Software (Working Knowledge Required)
- UMI (BARC), TGI, GWI, IRS
- Basic understanding of digital platforms such as DV360, Google Ads, Meta, and SimilarWeb
Client Interaction
- This is a client-facing role requiring strong stakeholder management skills
Preferred Experience
- Background in Advertising or Media Agencies
- Experience working with FMCG clients
- Exposure to Integrated Planning
