Job Title: Media Planner- Intern

Role Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Offline Media Planner Intern to support the media team in planning and executing traditional media campaigns across TV, Print, Radio, and Cinema. This role offers hands-on exposure to media strategy, planning tools, vendor coordination, and campaign reporting within an agency environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in developing offline media plans aligned with client objectives and budgets.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis for media planning.
• Support in evaluating media options across TV, Print and Radio.
• Coordinate with media vendors for rate cards, availability, and release orders.
• Help prepare media flowcharts, schedules, and cost estimates.
• Track campaign releases and maintain documentation.
• Support post-campaign reporting and performance analysis (reach, GRPs, CPRP, etc.).
• Assist in preparing client presentations and planning decks.

Eligibility & Skills

• Graduate / pursuing graduation (Marketing, Mass Communication, Media Studies preferred).
• Basic understanding of traditional media channels.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
