Job Description
Please Note: The candidates are expected to operate under EST, time zone
Planning and Execution:
Platforms: Google Ads, Bing Ads, SearchAds360, Apple Search Ads
Providing tactical planning support, including keyword research, versioning new
ad copy / extension based on starting inputs from Crossmedia, recommended
campaign structure, etc.
In-platform build (trafficking), ongoing QA, and activation of XM approved changes
Supporting XM in generating conversion tags & remarketing pixel integration, then
QAing once these are placed on-site by clients (Zoo is not responsible for tag placement)
Reporting Dashboard QA (i.e. Datorama, Tableau) validating accurate data population
based on platform performance as source of truth
Daily Pacing, anomaly detection, and insight mining to identify optimization
recommendations, such as campaign budgets, bid optimizations, SQR, etc.
Routine QA to ensure accuracy of in-market campaigns
Analysis and campaign insights for weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting
deliverables (cadence to vary based on marketing campaign)
Slight support of external communications (i.e. email delivery of basic tasks, such as
confirming campaign delivery, requesting vendor support tickets, etc.)
Required skills:
1. Certification in Google & Meta are must.
2. Hands-on expertise with tools such as Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, DV360, Campaign Manager, and analytics dashboards.
3. Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive insights from complex data sets.
4. Excellent communication and client management abilities.
5. Proven experience leading teams and cross-functional projects.
6. Pinterest knowledge is must for this profile.
