Job Description
Role Overview:
Publicis Media is seeking a Digital Trading / Buying professional to manage large-scale digital media investments and drive efficient buying strategies across client accounts. The role focuses on publisher negotiations, media buying optimization, and ensuring cost efficiencies for clients across digital channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead digital media buying and trading across platforms such as Display, Search, Social, Mobile, Video, and Programmatic
- Negotiate publisher deals, pricing, and value-added opportunities to ensure cost efficiency
- Support agency teams with trading strategies, media plan approvals, and campaign execution
- Manage vendor relationships and partnerships with media owners
- Contribute to new business pitches and client presentations
- Monitor buying KPIs such as pricing efficiency, deal value, demand generation, and campaign delivery
Experience & Skills:
- 7+ years of experience in digital investment, media trading, or buying (agency preferred)
- Strong understanding of digital media ecosystem and adtech
- Excellent negotiation, analytical, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage budgets, vendor relationships, and cross-functional collaboration
- Awareness of industry trends and competitive landscape
- Have knowledge of 3rd party platform - Double Verify, IAS
