About the Role

We are looking for a Media Buyer Meta Ads to join our growth team.

This role requires strong performance marketing skills, creative thinking, and deep understanding of paid ads. You will be responsible for creating, managing, optimizing, and scaling high-performing campaigns.

The right candidate is self-driven, analytical, and ready to take ownership .

Key Responsibilities

*Manage and scale Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads

*Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns end-to-end to maximize ROAS

*Test new campaign ideas, audiences, creatives, and funnels

*Work closely with design and content teams for high-converting creatives

*Collaborate with team leads on performance strategy and budget allocation

*Track performance at campaign, ad set, and ad level

*Monitor daily KPIs like revenue, conversions, CPA, CPI, ROAS

*Prepare performance reports and share actionable insights

*Stay updated with industry trends, platform updates, and best practices

Hard Skills Required

• Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads & Google Ads
• Experience managing 30 lakh+ monthly ad budgets
• Minimum 3 years of experience in performance marketing
• Experience with:
• Lookalike audiences
• Custom audiences
• Interest-based targeting
