Media Buyer (In-House)

Were hiring one in-house Media Buyer to own and scale our paid acquisition.

This role is for someone who enjoys hands-on execution, numbers, and real responsibility - not just strategy decks.

About the Role

As our Media Buyer, you will:

• Own Meta Ads end-to-end
• Manage 1015L/month ad spend
• Work closely with the founder, sales team, and creatives
• Focus on cost per qualified booking, ROAS, and scalability
• Test, iterate, and scale what works
• Build clean, structured reporting (no vanity metrics)

This is a full-time, in-office role in Gurgaon.

Who Should Apply (Important )

• You have personally managed 5L+/month ad spend on Meta
• Youve worked on lead generation or high-ticket funnels (not ecommerce-only)
• You understand CPA, MER, creative fatigue, and testing frameworks
• You can clearly explain why a campaign worked or failed
• Youre open to working from the office in Gurgaon
• Youre comfortable being accountable for numbers

If youre missing any of the above, this role may not be the right fit.

This Role May Not Be Ideal If

• You are a fresher or looking for a learning role
• You currently manage many clients in an agency setup
• You prefer fully remote work
• You focus only on creatives or strategy without owning the results
• Youre uncomfortable with performance reviews based on data

What Success Looks Like (First 90 Days )

• Smooth takeover of the ad account
• Clear testing and scaling structure in place
• Stable or improving CPA at current spend levels
• Weekly reporting with actionable insights
• Strong working rhythm with the founder and team

Compensation & Growth

• Fixed pay: 70,000 80,000 per month
• Performance-based incentives (Rs10,00020,000)
• Clear growth path to Performance Lead as spend and responsibility scale
