Job Description

About the Role:


The Media Activation team is responsible for end-to-end execution, monitoring, and optimization of digital campaigns across Direct Buys, Programmatic platforms, and Paid Social channels.

The role requires strong execution discipline, platform expertise, coordination skills, and performance accountability depending on the level of experience.


  1. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES (COMMON ACROSS LEVELS)
  • Set up and execute digital media campaigns across Direct, Programmatic, and Social platforms
  • Ensure accurate trafficking, tagging, and campaign deployment
  • Monitor delivery, pacing, and performance metrics
  • Optimize campaigns based on KPIs (CTR, CPC, CPA, CPM, ROAS, etc.)
  • Coordinate with publishers, tech platforms, and internal teams
  • Troubleshoot delivery or tracking issues
  • Maintain trackers for budget utilization and reporting
  • Prepare campaign performance reports with insights
  • Ensure billing reconciliation and documentation accuracy



02 Years (Executive)

  • Basic understanding of digital media ecosystem
  • Ability to execute campaigns under supervision
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Comfortable with Excel and reporting

  • Managing campaign lifecycle end-to-end
  • Budget pacing and delivery management

  • Client reporting support


46 Years (Manager)
