We are hiring Senior Application Developer-Medallia position in Bangalore location.

Job Description:

Responsibilities

• Must have CX platform awareness and previous experience working in similar domain
• Work closely with product owners to refine requirements and adapt the platform architecture to the changing needs of our customers
• Develop new user-facing features and customer-driven enhancements to Medallia platform.
• Create fast, easy to use solutions that can be implemented quickly and seamlessly to support diverse clients.
• Coordinate with external and internal vendors + delivery teams during issue investigation and product enhancement projects
• Partner with business on the CX community to help adoption and growth of Medallia platform

Minimum Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in IT solution design and implementation
• Previous experience with agile process, inclusive of ability to work in fast-paced and distributed teams.
• Expert in customer/end user support management
• Excellent communication in English - both verbal and written.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelors in CS, Engineering, or other advanced degree.
• Medallia certified - must
• Experience working on Snaplogic
