Job Title : Mechatronics Engineer

Experience : 0 - 5yrs

Location : Bengaluru

Work Mode : Onsite ( 5 days in a week)

Notice : Immediate to 15 days

Key Responsibilities

Design and integrate mechanical, electrical, and control systems into cohesive products

Develop electromechanical architectures including actuators, sensors, motors, gearboxes, and

embedded controllers

Design and debug embedded hardware (MCUs, power electronics, motor drivers, sensors)

Develop embedded firmware using C/C++, Arduino, ESP32, STM32, or similar platforms

Interface with communication protocols such as CAN, UART, SPI, I2C, Modbus

Develop and tune control algorithms (PID, state-space, observers)

Implement motor control strategies (torque, speed, position control)

Use modeling and simulation tools such as MATLAB/Simulink for system validation

Design mechanical components using CAD tools (SolidWorks, Fusion 360, Creo)

Perform basic structural, thermal, and tolerance analysis

Support manufacturing, assembly, and design-for-manufacture (DFM)

Prepare technical documentation, test reports, and design reviews

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, software, product)

Required Qualifications

Bachelors or master's degree in Mechatronics, Mechanical or Robotics Engineering

0-5yrs experience with embedded systems and electromechanical integration

Ability to read schematics, datasheets, and mechanical drawings

Preferred Skills

Experience with motor control, robotics, EVs, automation, or marine systems

Knowledge of power electronics, BMS, sensors, and actuators

Experience with Python for modeling, testing, or data analysis

Familiarity with AI/ML-assisted control or adaptive systems

Industry experience in R&D, product development, or prototyping labs
