Mechanical Simulation Manager (Medical business)

We are hiring for a Simulation Manager in Medical Business for one of our Ireland based MNC client

Location: Bangalore

Exp: 15-20 yrs

Qualification: B.E / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering

M.E / M.Tech (Mechanical Design / Thermal) will be an added advantage

Role Overview

Lead a virtual engineering team delivering structural, thermal, fluid, molding, and manufacturing analyses to support early design validation and robust product development.

Key Responsibilities

• Set priorities and direction for the simulation function and manage multiple projects in parallel.
• Evaluate product and process performance using numerical analysis and provide clear design inputs.
• Strengthen digital validation capability through improved methods, tools, and best practices.
• Build team capacity, drive continuous improvement, and encourage innovation and IP creation.
• Work closely with global stakeholders to meet Medical Business unit objectives.
• Represent the team in technical forums and knowledge-sharing platforms.

Experience & Skills

• ~15 years of experience in computational analysis and virtual validation.
• Strong expertise in ANSYS for structural and fluid/thermal analysis.
• Exposure to LS-DYNA, Moldex3D, or SIMIO is a plus.
• Ability to cross-check results using engineering calculations and test data.
