Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Project Planning & Execution: Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of engineering projects within deadlines.
2. Technical Coordination: Collaborate with design, production, and operations teams to ensure project alignment.
3. Budget & Resource Management: Optimize costs and resource allocation for project efficiency.
4. Troubleshooting & Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve technical issues during project implementation.
5. Documentation & Reporting: Maintain project records, progress reports, and compliance documentation.
6. Process Optimization: Suggest improvements for better efficiency and reduced downtime.
7. Team Coordination: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth workflow and timely delivery.

Qualifications and Experience:

• B.Tech: Mechanical engineering or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years of experience in projects/Engineering.
• Must have knowledge of industrial process heating (boilers/heaters).
